IMPORTANT: AUTOMOTIVE GROUP IS SEEKING A WORKSHOP CONTROLLER Job Objective: Manages workflow in the service workshop by assigning tasks to technicians and supervising final vehicle quality prior to customer delivery. Maximizes productivity, ensures on-time delivery, and detects faults through road tests and visual inspection. Requirements: • Education: Preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • 1 year of experience in administrative areas or similar workshop positions. Main Responsibilities: • Task Assignment: Distributes work among mechanical technicians based on their skills and certifications. • Quality Control: Conducts visual inspections and road tests on vehicles to ensure repairs are correctly completed on the first attempt. • Workshop Management: Updates the workshop logbook and monitors service orders in the system. • Communication: Acts as a liaison between service advisors and technicians, reporting noises, findings, or delays.
