Direct customer service and negotiation Leading Automotive Industry Company Position Required: Diesel Mechanical Workshop Manager (EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE REQUIRED) Age: 27 to 60 years old Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Proven experience in Diesel Mechanics is MANDATORY PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN DIESEL MECHANICS REQUIRED +6 YEARS AS A MANAGER, LEADER OR SUPERVISOR Experience managing personnel Responsibilities: Follow up on customer complaints and suggestions Serve and receive customers Follow up on customer incidents and complaints Create work orders Review established standards Ensure departmental objectives are met Invoice work orders Train and support the team Manage departmental KPIs Customer negotiations Ensure appropriate talent is retained in the area Provide feedback to the team Set goals and objectives for the team Ensure employee well-being.
