




Job Summary: We are seeking an agile and solution-oriented professional to manage the procurement process, quotations, and supplier negotiations, with a focus on automotive spare parts and urgent needs. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the complete procurement cycle, from requisitions to purchase orders. 2. Negotiates prices and delivery times with suppliers to optimize resources. 3. Controls financial documentation and spare parts sourcing. Main Responsibilities Review daily requisitions and emails. Obtain quotations from suppliers (ideally three options). Negotiate prices and delivery times. Generate and track purchase orders. Source automotive spare parts (trucks, forklifts, etc.). Coordinate urgent purchases and purchases based on samples. Manage invoices and expense verification. Requirements 1–3 years of procurement experience (preferably in operational areas). Basic/intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge of automotive spare parts (desirable). Organized, responsible, and able to prioritize urgent tasks. Ideal Profile An agile, solution-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills who can quickly engage with suppliers to meet workshop urgent requirements.
