Therefore, · We are currently seeking: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR AT CEDIS *Willingness to travel regularly to various CEDIS locations is required · Requirements: Degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields Minimum 1–2 years of experience supervising properties, maintenance, or facility management Knowledge of local safety and construction regulations Willingness to travel regularly Proficiency in digital tools for maintenance control Negotiation and leadership skills Valid driver's license · Responsibilities: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities (electrical, plumbing, sanitation, HVAC, etc.). Coordinate and evaluate cleaning, security, and maintenance staff. Monitor the allocated budget for repairs and services. Manage vendor contracts and verify service compliance. Conduct periodic property inspections. Prepare property condition reports and propose improvements. Ensure compliance with safety and civil protection regulations.
