




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for maintenance of production machinery, performing corrective and preventive tasks, and proposing improvements to ensure continuous operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of production machinery and equipment operation. 2. Propose and implement mechanical or electrical improvements. 3. Preventive maintenance. 3. Inspection and operation of plant equipment. 4. Propose, evaluate, and implement mechanical or electrical improvements and modifications to support optimal equipment performance. 5. Maintain continuous operation of all plant production equipment. 6. Contribute ideas and implement actions for continuous improvement and increased production capacity. Inspect and examine equipment, verify physical condition and functionality to ensure production: Ability to perform and execute necessary corrections and/or adjustments as required by plant production equipment, in order to maintain operation with minimal downtime. Possess the knowledge and skills required to carry out these activities. Your Experience – Our Strengths * Technical higher education or degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role and industry. * Desired knowledge in electrical control, automation, mechanics, cutting, and welding. * Availability for flexible scheduling and shift rotation during weekdays. * Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude. * Basic knowledge of Windows software suite. * Experience with work management software such as Svision or similar (desirable).
