




Position Summary: Responsible for developing balances to control imported materials, machinery, and equipment under temporary importation regimes, ensuring compliance with laws before SAT (Tax Administration Service) and ANAM (National Customs Agency of Mexico). Key Highlights: 1. Manages Annex 24 and 30, monitoring unloading and inventory control. 2. Performs Data Stage reconciliation and ensures data integrity. 3. Validates returns of goods and supervises fixed asset inventories. Work Mode: On-site Location: Mérida, Yucatán. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Position Objective You will be responsible for developing balances to control the entry and exit of materials, machinery, and equipment imported temporarily. Your primary objective is to ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks before SAT (Tax Administration Service) and ANAM (National Customs Agency of Mexico). Main Responsibilities - Annex 24 and 30 Management: Track reports and analyses using the Annex 24 system for inventory control, changes in customs regime, and definitive regimes. Monitor unloading to comply with SCCCyG (System for Control of Credit Accounts and Guarantees). - Data Stage Reconciliation: Perform monthly comparison of Data Stage files against the Annex 24 system, correcting discrepancies and ensuring data integrity. - Asset and Returns Control: Validate the return of goods imported temporarily and supervise the company’s fixed asset inventories. - Technical Operations: Invoice processing in Delta and/or I-Xport systems for changes in customs regime (Codes F4, F5, A3) and management of destruction invoices. - VUCEM Procedures: Prepare notices for waste destruction, destruction minutes, and notices for adding tariff classifications. - Document Compliance: Compile complete digital files for all operations under your responsibility. Professional Profile - Education: Incomplete or completed degree in International Trade, Customs, or related fields. - Desired experience in customs procedures or Import-Export activities. - Software: VUCEM and System for Control of Credit Accounts and Guarantees (SCCCyG), intermediate Excel. - Desired knowledge of Delta, I-Xport Annex 24 / 24-C, Jira, and Confluence. - Intermediate English.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Professional Technical Education 1 year of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Communication, Teamwork, International trade, Regulatory compliance, Imports Keywords: analyst
