This position is critical to ensuring our branches have the right personnel to operate and grow. What will you do? You will be responsible for recruiting and selecting personnel for our branches in Mérida and Cancún, ensuring timely coverage of vacancies with profiles aligned to business needs. Responsibilities Posting job openings on job boards and social media Active recruitment through current sources (social media, digital platforms) Competency-based interviews and candidate evaluation Creation of content (videos, images) for talent attraction End-to-end tracking of the selection process through to hiring Direct collaboration with branch leaders to understand staffing needs Meeting coverage targets on time and with quality Profile We Seek Experience in personnel recruitment and selection Proficiency in current recruitment sources, especially social media Ability to conduct structured interviews and make sound hiring decisions Proactive, dynamic individual with a strong sense of responsibility Ability to work autonomously, without constant supervision Strong focus on results and goal achievement Excellent attitude for interacting with leaders and colleagues Willingness to travel to different branches.
