Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to supervise operations, manage inventory, implement marketing strategies, and lead store staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and personnel management. 2. Implementation of marketing and sales strategies. 3. Management control, budgeting, and inventory management. We are hiring an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER for ELECZION PROGRESO! ACTIVITIES Management control using performance indicators. Budget management and sales control. Supervision and inventory management. Implementation of marketing strategies and sales promotion. Personnel leadership and management. Merchandising and apparel arrangement on the sales floor. Knowledge and application of apparel merchandising and color palette principles.
