Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct topographic and architectural surveys, ensuring the accuracy of technical information for construction projects and site adaptations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct topographic and architectural surveys for site evaluation. 2. Prepare technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD. 3. Support the technical evaluation of spaces for new branch locations. SURVEYOR We seek a responsible professional to perform topographic and architectural surveys for evaluating and adapting sites designated for new store openings, ensuring the accuracy of technical information for construction project development. What are we looking for? - Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, or related field. - Experience in topographic and architectural surveys for construction projects or commercial site adaptations. - Proficiency with professional surveying equipment. - Knowledge of planimetric and altimetric surveys. - Experience digitizing survey data in AutoCAD, including architectural, structural, utility, and environmental elements. - Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and CivilCAD. - Valid driver's license. - Willingness and ability to travel. · Main Responsibilities - Conduct surveys of existing infrastructure and utilities at proposed locations for new store openings. - Perform planimetric and altimetric topographic surveys. - Prepare topographic survey drawings and technical plans in AutoCAD. - Generate technical reports summarizing field-collected data. - Support the technical evaluation of spaces for adaptation to new branch locations. · What do we offer? - Monthly salary: $20,000 (non-negotiable) - Statutory benefits from day one - Additional paid leave days - Discounts and benefits through Grupo Salinas partner companies - Professional growth opportunities - Work tools and equipment (company vehicle with potential purchase option) Mandatory Requirement: - Availability for occasional travel. - Only candidates with proven experience in topographic surveys and operation of surveying equipment will be considered.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Skills: AutoCAD, Construction Driver's Licenses: A, B, C Willingness to Travel: Yes
