Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Supervisor to manage refrigeration and water treatment system operations, coordinate technical teams, and ensure quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages audit, maintenance, and water treatment operations. 2. Supervises technical teams and ensures operational efficiency. 3. Develops continuous improvement plans and optimizes processes. We are looking for a Service Supervisor for a prominent company specializing in comprehensive management of refrigeration and water treatment systems. The selected candidate will supervise and manage operations related to facility audits, boiler and refrigeration system maintenance, and water treatment. In-depth knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations, as well as solid experience in occupational safety management, is essential. The candidate must be capable of coordinating and supervising teams of specialized technicians, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance management, as well as supervision of water treatment processes, is required. The ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues, along with leadership and effective communication skills, are key requirements for this position. This is an on-site role requiring regular travel to facilities under supervision. The Service Supervisor is expected to develop continuous improvement plans, implement new processes and technologies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize safety risks.
