The Sales Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives in assigned territories through supervision, coordination, and development of the unionized sales personnel. Guarantee correct operational execution in the field, customer growth, and optimization of freezer usage for ice cream sales, while maintaining standards of quality, safety, and service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and support the assigned unionized sales team across 3 territories, ensuring compliance with routes, policies, and operational standards. Ensure achievement of sales, coverage, and productivity targets as defined by established KPIs. Follow up on operational matters at units and ensure correct field execution (inventories, routes, deliveries, daily indicators). Monitor and optimize the usage and performance of ice cream freezers, ensuring product visibility, availability, and proper maintenance. Implement commercial initiatives focused on customer growth, opening new outlets, and improving sales volume. Ensure correct execution of POP materials, planograms, and display standards. Analyze daily and weekly data to propose actions that drive results. Coach, train, and develop the unionized team to strengthen their sales, service, and operational skills. Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, ethics, and union procedures. Coordinate administrative activities: reporting, incident tracking, audit follow-up, and team documentation. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION? Experience Education: Completed bachelor’s degree or technical qualification. Experience: 24 years of sales supervision experience, preferably managing unionized personnel. Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food and beverage retail distribution, ice cream, or retail (desirable). Knowledge: Commercial KPIs, route management, operational indicator handling. Field team management and incident resolution. Ability to interpret commercial and operational data. Skills: Leadership and team management. Effective communication. Results orientation. Decision-making. Negotiation and conflict management. Availability: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required by operational needs.
