Design and execute effective recruitment campaigns DIFASA is a national pharmaceutical distributor headquartered in Mérida, Yucatán. It currently operates 8 distribution centers across the south, center, and north of the country. We are looking for a dynamic professional for the Recruitment and Selection role with a human-centered focus. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for the company’s operational, administrative, and commercial areas. Your role involves collaborating with all departments to design and execute effective recruitment campaigns using and mastering various 4.0 recruitment sources. You must be able to analyze and profile candidates to optimize our selection processes and ensure the acquisition of professionals who align perfectly with our culture and objectives. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Experience in local and foreign personnel recruitment and selection (ideal) * Ability to manage multiple applications and selection processes simultaneously * In-person and virtual interviews * Communication with all departments to provide feedback and track open positions * Coordinate and conduct onboarding training, monitor training progress, and support new hires * Support integration activities for local and foreign staff. **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Proactive attitude * Assertive and effective communication * Negotiation and persuasion skills * Attention to and service for internal customers * Strong organizational ability * Attention to detail * Sense of urgency If you have a success-oriented mindset and are passionate about sourcing exceptional talent, this opportunity is for you.
