Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. 2 years of recruitment experience preferred for operational profiles (transportation). Knowledge of various recruitment sources and interpretation of psychometric tests. Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative positions. Ensure timely and proper staffing coverage. Fieldwork (posting, leafleting, job fairs, etc.). Document management and file compilation. Effective management of recruitment sources to attract candidates. Monitoring staff turnover and preparing reports.
