As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, assisting in food preparation and supporting various culinary tasks. Your responsibilities will include helping prepare dishes, keeping the kitchen organized, and cleaning equipment and work areas. You will be responsible for following recipes and food safety procedures to ensure quality and hygiene in all dishes we prepare. Additionally, you will work closely with the Chef to understand and execute daily menus. Minimum requirements include a genuine interest in cooking and basic food preparation skills. Prior experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not mandatory.
