Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. 2 years of recruitment experience preferred for operational profiles (transportation). Knowledge of various recruitment sources and interpretation of psychometric tests. Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative vacancies. Ensure timely and appropriate staffing coverage. Fieldwork (posting, leafleting, job fairs, etc.). Document management and file compilation. Effective use of recruitment channels to attract candidates. Control of staff turnover and preparation of reports.
