Passion for baking Description: We are looking for two individuals aged 18 or older who are honest, friendly, dynamic, service-oriented, and passionate about baking to join our team with a long-term commitment of one year or more. As an ice cream salesperson, your responsibilities will include: \- Serving customers and delivering an exceptional experience \- Selling and serving ice cream, popsicles, affogatos, and coffee. \- Producing ice cream and cones \- Keeping the store clean and organized \- Collaborating as a team to achieve sales goals \- Inventory control \- Cash handling Available Shift Options: Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM; Saturday or Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Saturday or Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM \- 100% of tips \- Sales bonus ($250 \- $3,000\) \- Five-star excellent service bonus Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $4,790\.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Employee discount * Company parking * Flexible schedules * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Which shift are you interested in — Morning or Evening? * In which neighborhood do you live? * Age? * Are you willing to work and take days off on weekends?
