We want to meet you! · Position available: Hiring Coordinator -Location: On-site -Contract type: Full-time -Department: Human Resources · What are we looking for? -Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field (degree holder or intern). -Minimum 2 years of experience in: Labor research / socioeconomic studies Recruitment and selection Reference validation Team leadership experience Knowledge of hiring processes and security screening. Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the labor research analyst team. Ensure compliance with policies and standards in validation processes. Monitor research processes timely and accurately per established procedures. Analyze research results and issue feasibility assessments. Identify potential risks in candidates and escalate critical cases. Maintain consistent communication with the recruitment and hiring department. Prepare departmental reports and metrics (response times, incidents, reliability, etc.). Propose improvements to validation processes and tools. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of information.
