Job Summary: Maintain facilities in good condition by performing maintenance tasks and supporting the department during emergency situations. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive maintenance of facilities and equipment 2. Use of specialized tools and painting techniques 3. Support during emergency situations in the department 1. Maintain facilities in proper working condition and appearance, free from rainwater leaks and rust on infrastructure. 2. Handling of manual tools (polisher, drill, riveter, cutter, rollers, air spray gun). 3. Knowledge of high-altitude and high-risk operations. 4. Proficiency in various painting techniques. 5. Support to the maintenance department during emergency situations. 6. Adherence to the assigned daily schedule. 7. Daily or weekly reporting of work and activities. 8. Training on internal regulations and defensive driving.
