SAFETY AND HYGIENE SUPERVISOR Here are the requirements: Industrial Engineering degree, or related field Responsibilities: Automatic control system design and maintenance: Development, configuration, and tuning of programmable logic controllers (PLC), SCADA systems, and other automation devices to monitor and control equipment and processes. Instrument installation and calibration: Supervise the installation, calibration, and maintenance of sensors, transmitters, actuators, and other measurement and control instruments. Fault diagnosis and resolution: Detect, analyze, and correct faults in equipment and instruments related to process control to minimize downtime. Process optimization: Implement improvements in control systems to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality. Regulatory compliance: Ensure instrumentation and control systems comply with industrial safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Technical documentation: Prepare and update electrical diagrams, operation manuals, maintenance procedures, and technical reports. Training: Provide support and training to operational staff on basic handling and maintenance of control systems. Coordination with other departments: Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to ensure process continuity and improvement. We offer: Statutory benefits.
