Position Summary: We are seeking a Fashion Designer to develop innovative, trend-aligned collections for our private label, ensuring profitability and commercial strategy. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with purchasing, suppliers, and production departments. Fashion Designer – Private Label At Chapur Stores, we seek creative talent passionate about fashion and equipped with commercial vision to join our Private Label team. Position Objective To develop design proposals for private-label collections, ensuring innovation, trend relevance, profitability, and alignment with the company’s commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities Research and analysis of fashion, fabric, silhouette, and color trends. Development of private-label collections and design proposals. Preparation of technical specifications and sample development tracking. Coordination with purchasing, suppliers, and production departments. Supervision of garment fittings, adjustments, and approvals. Tracking of the product development timeline. Support in defining collection concepts, mood boards, and storytelling. Monitoring of product commercial performance and proposing improvements. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field. Prior experience in fashion design, preferably in retail or private-label environments. Knowledge of trends, pattern-making, textiles, and garment manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite. Organizational skills, creativity, and commercial orientation.
