We seek a dynamic leader with proven experience in retail. · Responsibilities: Direct and supervise all daily branch operations. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed established targets. Manage and motivate the sales team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues and enhancing the shopping experience. Control inventory and ensure proper product display. Monitor and analyze branch performance indicators to make informed decisions. Maintain effective communication with other departments. Staff training and development.
