Maintain service quality standards Lead, coordinate, and implement CRM and MKT operations based on established guidelines and local scope of competence, in order to acquire new customers, retain their brand loyalty, and ensure the profitability-effectiveness of commercial initiatives by managing their experience throughout the vehicle purchase process, vehicle usage, after-sales service, and repurchase process. • Increase customer satisfaction levels at the dealership. • Develop brand loyalty programs. • Develop mass MKT, one-to-one MKT, communication, and promotion strategies, including the dealership’s Internet webpage. (Access e-commerce platforms) • Maintain service quality standards across the entire dealership. • Ensure integration of all dealership departments in initiatives undertaken by the department.
