Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail. Minimum 1 year of experience as Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Shift Supervisor, or similar role with personnel reporting to you. Experience handling cash (cash collection, cash counts, closing procedures, deposits, petty cash, reporting). Experience managing store inventory (inventory care, cycle counting, merchandise receiving). Knowledge of store KPIs: Sales, Conversion Rate, Inventory, Average Ticket Value, Items per Ticket. Knowledge of planograms, visual merchandising, displays, and store layout. Personnel management. Experience managing self-service branches, convenience stores, grocery stores, etc. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure smooth store operations. Deliver service and customer support. Generate and promote motivation among supervised staff. Supervise service quality. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budget targets. Meet sales budget objectives.
