REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. Flexible schedule availability to rotate shifts and work weekends. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail. Minimum 1 year of experience as assistant manager, store manager, shift supervisor, or similar role with personnel under supervision. Experience in cash handling (cash collection, cash counts, end-of-day reconciliation, deposits, petty cash, reporting). Experience in store inventory management (care, cycle counting, merchandise receiving). Knowledge of store KPIs: Sales, Conversion Rate, Inventory, Average Transaction Value, Items per Transaction. Knowledge of planograms, visual merchandising, displays, and store layout. Personnel management. Experience managing self-service branches, convenience stores, grocery stores, etc. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure smooth store operations. Provide customer service and support. Generate and promote motivation among supervised staff. Supervise service quality. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budget targets. Achieve sales budget goals.
