Excellent negotiator and results-oriented **WE ARE SEEKING:** \*REGIONAL MANAGER YUCATAN\* (Knowledge of the following locations: Mérida, Progreso, Valladolid, Tizimín, Calakmul, Ciudad del Carmen, and Campeche) **REQUIRED PROFILE:** A person with high human quality, honest and responsible Trainer and facilitator, delegates assertively Excellent negotiator Results-oriented with a sense of urgency Teamwork and effective communication Experience in digital sales area and knowledge of collections—70% fieldwork and 30% remote work Adherence to policies and performance indicators Efficient and always seeks solutions to arising situations Exceeds commitments by always focusing on “how yes” Knows how to listen and manage conflicts through tolerance and empathy. Plans, coordinates, and supervises execution of work plans. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in field roles and positions such as Regional Manager and/or Zone Manager in FINANCIAL credit placement companies Minimum 2-year residency in the city (MUST RESIDE IN MÉRIDA, WHICH WILL BE THE BASE) Excellent proficiency in digital applications and mobile devices Internet access is mandatory Valid driver’s license (standard) **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree Marital status and age are unrestricted.
