Job Summary: We are seeking a Self-Service Supervisor to oversee operations, manage inventory, and lead teams within a juice and dairy company. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented approach and indicator analysis A Mexican company dedicated to the production and distribution of juices and dairy products is looking for: SELF-SERVICE SUPERVISOR Location: MÉRIDA, YUCATÁN. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in consumer goods - Intermediate Excel skills (TEST REQUIRED) - Experience in self-service retail chains - Availability of time and willingness to travel (1–2 times per month) - Results-oriented approach and indicator analysis Responsibilities: - Supervise attendance and operational discipline of assigned promoters - Inventory review and control, adjustments, and expiration date management - Analysis of sales reports, inventory levels, stockouts, and overstocks - Monitoring of KPIs (Sell-In and Sell-Out) - Team leadership to achieve objectives - Negotiation and execution at the point of sale Competencies: - Leadership - Teamwork - Commitment - Results orientation - Decision-making - Analytical ability We Offer: - Monthly base salary - Punctuality bonus - Statutory benefits - Grocery vouchers - Transportation allowance - Company mobile phone - Travel allowances - Job stability - Direct employment with the company Are you interested?
