Job Objective: Support operational management of import processes and daily administrative control of the company, ensuring accurate documentation and information flow within our systems. Main Responsibilities (Functions): Track import procedures, logistics, and documentation for goods. Data entry and control in the ERP system (Odoo / SAI). Support general administrative tasks (filing, reporting, inventory control, or accounts payable/receivable). Internal communication with the team to ensure correct receipt of inputs. Required Profile (Requirements): Experience: 1–3 years in administrative or international trade–related positions. (Ideal) Education: Incomplete degree, candidate, or graduate in Administration, International Trade, International Business, or related field. Tools: Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo or SAI) is essential or desirable. Key Skills: High level of organization, attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Availability: Immediate.
