Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve objectives Commercial Management Develop and implement commercial strategies for the HORECA channel. Increase market share in wines, liquors, and coffee syrups. Identify new business opportunities and open key accounts. Negotiate commercial agreements, price lists, promotions, and contracts. Manage and monitor the commercial pipeline. Customer Development Maintain strong relationships with chefs, sommeliers, food and beverage managers, buyers, and owners. Design differentiated value propositions for hotels, restaurants, bars, and cafés. Deliver portfolio presentations, tastings, and product training. Leadership and Team Management Lead, train, and motivate the sales team. Set commercial KPIs and monitor performance. Supervise sales routes, customer visits, and objective achievement. Planning and Analysis Analyze HORECA market trends and consumer behavior. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor margins, profitability, and product turnover. Brand and Supplier Relations Coordinate strategies with national and international brands. Ensure proper execution of activations and brand positioning.
