




Position Summary: We are seeking a Deputy Sales Manager to lead strategies, manage commercial performance, strengthen teams, and develop key accounts in the food industry. Key Highlights: 1. Sales Strategic Planning and Direction: - Development and monitoring of the annual sales plan. - Development of commercial expansion plans for priority markets or product lines. - Supervision of sales forecasting preparation and updates. Management of Targets, KPIs, and Commercial Performance: - Reporting sales results and projections to the Marketing Management team, aligned with targets by region, customer portfolio, product, and sales executive. Leadership and Strengthening of the Commercial Structure: - Supervises the performance of sales supervisors and executives using KPIs. - Participates in recruitment, development, and training of commercial staff. - Monitors commercial incentive schemes in coordination with Management and HR. Administration of Commercial Policies: - Ensures correct implementation of organizational commercial policies. - Supervises proper application of pricing, discounts, and commercial agreements. Strategic Account Development and Commercial Opportunities: - Negotiates commercial agreements with high-impact accounts. - Drives customer loyalty initiatives and enhances customer experience. - Promotes new products to the market. Interdepartmental Strategic Coordination: - Participates in product development planning for high-potential items. - Aligns with Credit and Collections to manage financially risky customers. Strategic Oversight of Customer Experience: - Establishes customer satisfaction metrics. Commercial Process Development and Continuous Improvement: - Identifies opportunities to improve commercial processes and proposes initiatives to increase sales department efficiency.
