Job Summary: Supervise budget compliance, supply chain, policies, inventory, and strategies, ensuring flawless execution and staff training. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES · -Supervise budget compliance at branches -Supervise supply chain compliance at branches -Ensure compliance with company policies -Supervise inventory control across all branches -Monitor audits -Supervise strategy implementation for critical products -Supervise staff training compliance · KNOWLEDGE · -Knowledge of operations, advertising, marketing, procurement management, safety and hygiene, handling of cold and dry food for human consumption, safety regulations, RP systems (Intelisis, SAP preferred). -Personnel administration. -Retail store operational processes. -Advanced Office packaging. -Strong communication skills at all levels. -Teamwork -Planning and organization. -Analysis and design of automated reports. -Analytical and problem-solving ability. -Resilience. -Excellent customer service. -Implement actions to ensure staff adherence to processes and flawless execution at branch level.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 35 and 50 years Knowledge: Teamwork, ERP, Inventory management, Personnel management, Sales management, Customer service, Retailers Driver's license: A Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, coordinator, manager, captain
