Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Planning and Leadership • Development and monitoring of the annual sales plan. • Design of commercial expansion strategies for priority markets and product lines. • Oversight and updating of sales forecasts. Management of Sales Targets and KPIs • Presentation of results, commercial reports, and executive-level projections. • Tracking of targets by region, customer portfolio, product, and sales executive. • Monitoring of supervisors’ and sales executives’ performance via KPIs. Administration of Commercial Policies • Ensuring proper application of the organization’s commercial policies. • Supervising correct execution of pricing, discounts, and commercial agreements. Strategic Account Development • Negotiation of commercial agreements with key clients. • Driving customer loyalty initiatives and improving customer experience. • Promotion and market positioning of new products. Cross-Departmental Coordination • Participation in high-potential commercial product development projects. • Coordination with Credit and Collections to manage customers with financial risk. Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement • Establishment of customer satisfaction metrics. • Identification of opportunities to improve commercial processes and increase sales department efficiency.
