Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in customer service to manage customer portfolios, prepare quotations, and promote automation and control products. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and development in a collaborative environment SIASA is a wholesale distributor of systems for automation and control, including Attendance Control, Access Control, Credentialing, Route Management, and CCTV. We are currently seeking talent to fill the position of Sales Executive. Job Requirements: · Technical degree / incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree (e.g., Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Systems, etc.) (Preferred but not mandatory) · Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role and in customer service (desirable in technology, computing, software, and technology-related product sales) · Basic knowledge of Administrative Systems (SAE/SAP/ORACLE/INTELISIS or similar) · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Required Competencies: -Customer orientation -Goal-oriented work -Time management -Effective communication Job Responsibilities: · Management and servicing of assigned customer portfolios via various contact channels. · Preparation and follow-up of quotations. · Timely and accurate processing of customer purchase orders. · Promotion and offering of products.
