Opportunity for growth in payroll administration Position: Junior General Accountant **Company:** Air conditioner and white goods distributor (sales via platforms such as Mercado Libre and Walmart). **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán – Tixcacal area, on the Periférico highway, before the exit to Umán. Job Description The position is **General Accountant.** The company seeks to hire a professional profile to support its accounting and administrative management as it grows. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of invoices and sales notes. * Contact and coordination with external accounting firms. * Documentation of transactions and accounts receivable control. * Employee onboarding, termination, and salary modifications on IDSE/SAT platforms. * Payroll administration (in the future, as the company grows). Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting with professional license. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting functions. * Knowledge of: Tax Reform, general accounting, invoicing, IDSE and SAT platforms, ERP/SAP. * Proficiency in Office suite, SAP, ORACLE, IDSE. * Competencies: creativity, analytical thinking, proactivity, organization, initiative, and leadership. Working Conditions * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. * **Salary:** Approx. $13,201 net ($15,000 gross). * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Work Tools:** Computer and office furniture. **Address:** Periférico Pte., Tablaje Catastral, Tixcacal, Mérida, Yucatán.
