




Job Summary: Administer and supervise the recruitment, selection, and talent evaluation process, ensuring vacancy coverage and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage regional recruitment and vacancy coverage 2. Coordinate the application of selection filters and assessments 3. Design talent attraction and evaluation strategies RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Administer the regional recruitment and vacancy coverage process, managing both contracted internal and external services (e.g., socioeconomic studies, honesty tests, polygraph examinations, etc.) and free-of-charge services, to meet talent demand with an optimal cost-benefit balance. 2. Supervise the preparation of hiring files, verifying that candidates meet all screening criteria and submit complete documentation, to ensure formal onboarding in compliance with regulations. 3. Coordinate the application of selection filters, technical tests, and psychometric assessments; supervise that results demonstrate required competencies, to guarantee objective and accurate selection decisions. 4. Advise functional leaders during interview and technical selection processes, promoting objective evaluation criteria aligned with position requirements, to ensure effective hiring. 5. Design regional talent attraction, evaluation, and selection strategies, proposing continuous improvements to ensure updated, efficient, and profile-aligned processes. 6. Monitor recruitment and selection management indicators—such as productivity, time-to-fill, and quality of hired talent—to implement continuous improvement actions. 7. Design and coordinate assessment processes for internal promotions, evaluating competencies, knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes of nominated personnel, to ensure promoted employees meet the required profile for successful performance in their new organizational role.
