Job Summary: Support and supervise the control and safeguarding of finished products in the warehouse, ensuring efficient compliance with loading and storage processes. Key Highlights: 1. Personnel management and compliance with regulations Job Objective: Support and assist in activities related to the control and safeguarding of finished products entering the plant warehouse, ensuring that the loading process is carried out efficiently according to established policies and procedures for warehouse operations. Essential Requirements: -Education: Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related degree (with diploma). -Minimum 2 years of experience. -Experience in personnel management. -Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook; ERP (SAP) desirable. Responsibilities: -Verify and ensure that receipt of finished products into the warehouse—whether from the plant or inter-branch locations—is conducted according to established procedures, and properly recorded in the system. -Verify and ensure that storage of finished products complies with conditions guaranteeing their integrity, adhering to product rotation policy as well as quality, food safety, and hygiene regulatory requirements. -Supervise and maintain order and cleanliness in the finished product warehouse and loading dock to ensure product sanitation and hygiene. -Supervise the loading process to ensure orders are loaded on time, in correct quantity, and with the appropriate flour type. -Supervise proper operation at the loading dock through appropriate use of assigned technological tools. -Support and monitor compliance with tasks assigned to forklift operators and loaders to ensure smooth warehouse operations—from product receipt through to loading at the dock. -Support and monitor compliance with the forklift maintenance program. -Responsible for conducting daily physical inventory counts and reporting any variances versus theoretical inventory.
