Position Summary: We are seeking a Credit Advisor to offer savings, loan, investment, and insurance products, ensuring an excellent customer experience and building long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a loan. Ensure proper implementation and execution of insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Make outbound calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. **REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma certificate is mandatory. (Original certificate required) Strong verbal communication skills. Passion for customer interaction. Experience in customer service, general sales, or service delivery. Goal- and objective-oriented. Integrity in performing job duties.
