




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed technician for the maintenance, installation, and support of point-of-sale terminals, with a focus on customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and configuration of point-of-sale terminals 2. Technical fault diagnosis and repair 3. Customer support and training Requirements: \* High school diploma or completed technical degree \* Availability to work full-time \* Mandatory experience in maintaining point-of-sale terminals or a similar role \* Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation \* Proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment Responsibilities: \* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of point-of-sale terminals \* Technical fault diagnosis and repair \* Customer support: Training store staff on daily equipment usage and sales reporting \* Evidence documentation via mobile platform (photos and reports) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., IN-PERSON Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Work Mode: Remote Work Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $10,000\.00 \- $12,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
