BAUM – Woodworking Industry **Specialists in manufacturing doors, closets, vanities, and kitchens for real estate developments** At **BAUM**, we are growing and seeking to integrate a committed, organized, and quality-project-execution-passionate **Construction Supervisor** into our team. **Main responsibilities** * Maintain and update the construction site logbook. * Verify timelines, processes, and work completed. * Prepare weekly estimates. * Supervise installation progress. * Conduct project closings and validate proper completion of work. * Send the daily agenda. * Lead and coordinate the work team. * Manage payroll and pre\-payroll (timely and proper submission). * Coordinate release of contracted deliverables via delivery certificates with the client. **Requirements** * Industrial or Civil Engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Time availability. * Service-oriented attitude and results-driven focus. * Organized and responsible individual. * **Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán.** **We offer** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Additional benefits provided by the company. * Direct contract with the company. * **Net monthly salary of $15,000 to $17,000** (biweekly payment). * **You do not work on your birthday!** * Working schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day). **Location** Southeast Industrial Park Highway, Tablaje 18948, Felipe Carrillo Puerto Ampliación neighborhood, CD Industrial, CP 97288, Mérida, Yucatán. **Important notice** Our recruitment processes **involve no fees**.
