At Grupo Imagen Multimedia, we are looking for a strategic, dynamic leader with solid commercial vision to join us as Sales Manager in Mérida. Your mission will be to lead the expansion of our regional presence, transforming challenges into tangible results. This role is critical to strengthening our network of strategic partners and ensuring our solutions reach the right customers. If you have a commercial DNA, are passionate about closing deals, and know how to grow and optimize a client portfolio, we want to meet you. How will you contribute? You will drive commercial prospecting and development to open new doors in the regional market. You will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring long-term relationships. You will lead the development and organization of the client portfolio, optimizing every business opportunity. You will prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making. You will be the primary driver for achieving sales targets, raising the performance standard of the location. What we seek in you Solid experience in client prospecting and sales management of services (intangible). Ability to develop attractive and customized commercial proposals. Proficiency in portfolio management and post-sales follow-up. Proactive profile with strong negotiation skills and mastery in closing sales. Fluent use of Microsoft Office tools for indicator tracking. Residence in Mérida, Yucatán. What we offer Base monthly salary: $12,000.00 (plus incentive scheme). Statutory benefits.
