Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Control Desk team, ensuring the administration, validation, and flow of operational and commercial information. We seek a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Control Desk team, responsible for ensuring proper administration, validation, and flow of operational and commercial information, guaranteeing compliance with internal and commercial processes. What qualifications are we looking for? Experience: Minimum experience in administration, inventory control, billing, or data management. Technological tools: Proficiency in CONTPAQi portal (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level for data analysis and reporting). Key knowledge: Basic understanding of self-service and retail channels (delivery processes, customer portals, appointments, or credit notes). Soft skills: Excellent service attitude and proactivity. Flexible availability regarding working hours. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. What will be your main responsibilities? Administration, review, and data entry into the CONTPAQi system. Tracking and documentation control related to the retail and self-service channels. Preparation of administrative and control reports in Excel. Validation of internal processes to ensure proper departmental operations.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Professional Education 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years
