Product updates on Shopify and optimization of digital processes. **Position: Digital Sales** **Job Objective** Support the execution of digital marketing strategies to increase sales, generate high-quality leads, and follow up with customers across digital channels. **Responsibilities** * Lead and quotation follow-up via WhatsApp, email, Shopify, and social media. * Customer service, quotation preparation, and order tracking. * Updating strategic products on Shopify (prices, product descriptions, images). * Stock validation with procurement and logistics prior to sale. * Preparation of weekly and monthly reports. * Identification of opportunities for improvement and automation in digital processes. **Requirements** * Basic proficiency in platforms such as Shopify. * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Basic knowledge of Excel and office tools. * Good writing and spelling skills. * Students nearing graduation or recent graduates in Marketing, Digital Business, Innovation, Communications, Administration, or related fields.
