Each day you will encounter **new and interesting challenges** within your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Developing diverse capabilities enabling you to identify candidates matching required profiles across our various business areas. * Applying regulations to ensure candidates progress through the hiring process. * Maintaining timely communication with candidates and institutional departments. * Managing and tracking processes via Success Factors. * Conducting interviews and administering assessments. * Monitoring coverage target achievement. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field. * Years of experience: 3 years. * Experience areas: Mass recruitment and selection. * Required knowledge: Psychometric assessments, competency-based interviews, internal and external user support, Excel, Success Factors. * Languages: N/A * Willingness to travel: N/A * Willingness to relocate: N/A At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
