Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide operational and analytical support to the Marketing team, ensuring campaign execution, KPI tracking, and overall coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in marketing operations and analysis. 2. Coordination of campaigns, vendors, and event logistics. 3. Dynamic role with responsibilities for tracking and control. **Job Objective** **Provide operational and analytical support to the PRONAT / PROWINNER Marketing team, ensuring proper campaign execution, KPI tracking, vendor coordination, event logistics, and administrative control of the area.** **Main Responsibilities** · Tracking deliverables with agencies and vendors. · Coordination of promotional materials. · Report preparation. · Price monitoring and competitive analysis. · Updating internal dashboards. · Coordination of POP materials. · Tracking in-store activations. · Inventory control of promotional materials. · Support in logistics for conferences and trade shows. · Tracking purchase orders and departmental invoicing. · Marketing budget control. **Required Technical Competencies** * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data analysis) · PowerPoint, Canva. · Budget and invoicing tracking. **Academic Background** * **Minimum requirement:** Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing or related field **Work Experience** * Entry-level experience in campaign execution, sales tracking, or trade marketing. **OTHER DESIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Proactivity. * Analytical ability. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Growth mindset **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Salary:** $15,000 gross **Benefits:** Statutory vacation days, 21-day year-end bonus, 10% food vouchers, Social Security, and Life Insurance.
