If you have a background in biological or construction-related fields and are passionate about operational and technical fieldwork, this vacancy is for you! **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $14,000\.00 net monthly. * **Statutory Benefits from Day One:** IMSS, INFONAVIT, Vacation, Vacation Bonus, and 15-day Christmas Bonus. * **Job Stability** with an ecologically and socially focused company. **What Profile Are We Seeking?** * **Education:** Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Urban Planning, Architecture, Agronomy, Civil Engineering, or related fields (professional license not mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in supervising green areas or similar field activities. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Google Earth (KML generation), Advanced Excel, and basic phytosanitary diagnosis. * **Residence:** Must reside in **Puebla** city and be familiar with local mobility. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Field supervision of pruning and maintenance activities on streets, medians, gardens, and parks. * Conducting physical surveys and documenting biodiversity inventories. * Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports with photographic evidence (before, during, and after). * Reviewing work orders generated by contractors. * Submitting information and real-time feedback to the central office. **Key Skills:** * Strong on-site problem-solving ability. * Adaptability to field conditions and strong work ethic. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for technical reporting. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs.
