We are seeking an **Operational Administrative Assistant** who is responsible, organized, and has a positive attitude to join our team in the marketing department of a construction company. Your primary responsibilities will be to **manage material controls**, **coordinate with suppliers**, and support marketing events to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also assist with some administrative tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Answer phone calls and serve as a departmental gatekeeper * Maintain departmental material records * Coordinate with suppliers for marketing activations * Conduct material inventory tracking * Assist with basic billing control tasks * Support marketing events **We Offer** * Salary: **$10,300** * Payment: Bi-weekly * Punctual payments every Saturday. * Monday to Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** (1-hour lunch break). * Half-day on Saturdays. * On-site work in Mérida. * Stable work environment, fair treatment, and direct communication. **Requirements** * Education: Technical high school diploma or bachelor’s degree * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant * A **responsible, committed, honest individual with a positive attitude**. * Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and social media usage. * Experience in material control and supplier management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,300\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
