Required Profile Technical or professional education in Safety and Hygiene, Environmental fields, or Industrial/Environmental Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects, with knowledge and application of NOM-031-STPS-2011. Availability to work on-site and participate in continuous training. Ability to work effectively within diverse teams under a culture of respect and prevention. Required Courses (valid) First Aid Working at Heights Confined Spaces Welding, Cutting, and Electrical Work Lifting and Rigging Operations Accident and Fire Prevention Search, Rescue, and Evacuation Key Responsibilities Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), promoting a culture of self-care. Verify that equipment and working conditions on-site comply with established safety criteria. Document and track IMSS registrations and payments for on-site personnel. Provide first aid during occupational incidents, following established protocols. Monitor personnel’s physical conditions to ensure safe working environments. Coordinate preventive and corrective actions with the site management upon identification of hazards. Manage communication with medical services or competent authorities in case of incidents.
