Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, service-oriented professional to comprehensively manage payroll incidents and provide direct support to employees, ensuring flawless administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive incident and pre-payroll management 2. Resolution of questions regarding IMSS, FONACOT, and severance payments 3. Direct support to employees We seek an organized, service-oriented professional to join our team as a PAYROLL ASSISTANT. You will be responsible for comprehensive incident management, pre-payroll processing, and direct employee support to ensure flawless administrative processes. Your main responsibilities: Download attendance and absence records via the Biotime system and enter weekly incidents Manage employee onboarding and offboarding in the system, prepare personnel movement forms, and verify that all earnings and deductions are correctly applied Analyze and process loan requests, as well as biweekly bonuses and supplements Resolve questions regarding IMSS, FONACOT, payroll, and severance payments Physically distribute payroll receipts to staff Profile Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Public Accounting, or related field Age: 20–45 years Valid driver’s license Willingness to travel We Offer: Permanent employment ATTRACTIVE SALARY Statutory benefits and benefits exceeding statutory requirements. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 1 year of experience Driver’s Licenses: A, B Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
