




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager for the educational area, responsible for supervising advisors, designing commercial strategies, and developing teams. Key Highlights: 1. Sales team development and training Position: Sales Manager – Educational Area Location: Mérida, Yucatán (Gonzalo Guerrero Neighborhood) **Schedule:** - Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 or 11:00–19:00 (rotating shift, including lunch break). - Saturdays, 9:00–14:00. - Day off: Sundays. **Salary:** $25,000 – $30,000 net monthly (based on experience). MUST have prior experience selling educational sector services/products. **Commissions:** 4% on results. **Benefits:** Statutory **Main Responsibilities:** - Organization and supervision of sales advisors. - Design and implementation of commercial strategies. - Performance evaluation and development of improvement plans. - Training and team development strategies. **Requirements:** - Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree (or postgraduate degree). - Experience: 3–4 years in sales and managerial roles, including team leadership. - English: Intermediate level preferred. - CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office suite, and social media platforms. - Knowledge of sales methodologies, KPIs, educational marketing, and negotiation techniques. **Competencies:** - Effective communication. - Customer orientation. - Leadership and team management. - Commercial strategy development.
