




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager with experience in development, recruitment/selection, and labor relations for an operational staffing company. Key Highlights: 1. A reputable company specializing in recruitment and administration of operational personnel (security and cleaning) is looking for an HR Department Head with extensive experience in development, recruitment/selection, labor relations, and all other HR-related responsibilities. Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree Mandatory experience in HR management and recruitment roles Experience working with multiple companies and client interaction Extensive experience in operational recruitment is mandatory Proficiency in Office suite; intermediate Excel skills Accustomed to working with performance indicators (KPIs) Valid driver's license mandatory Responsibilities: Coordinate/execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Manage employment contracts, attendance records, and employee files. Handle labor relations and disciplinary actions. Implement workplace climate initiatives. Ensure compliance with NOM-035. Actively participate in company certifications. Supervise training programs and internal events. Coordinate personnel-related procedures with IMSS and INFONAVIT.
