




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager with experience in organizational development, recruitment, labor relations, and comprehensive HR management. Key Highlights: 1. Corporate entity composed of administrative and operational staff seeking an experienced HR Department Head with extensive expertise in organizational development, recruitment/selection, labor relations, and all matters pertaining to the HR function. REQUIREMENTS: *Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership/management-level positions encompassing (recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel, organizational development, labor relations, training, payroll, and NOM-035). *Experience working with multiple companies. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel skills. *Experience working with performance indicators (KPIs). *Willingness to travel. *Driver's license preferred. FUNCTIONS: *Coordinate/execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. *Administer employment contracts, personnel incidents, and employee files. *Manage labor relations and disciplinary actions. *Implement organizational development strategies as well as workplace climate initiatives. *Ensure compliance with NOM-035. *Actively participate in company certifications. *Oversee training programs and internal events. *Coordinate filings and procedures with IMSS and INFONAVIT. *Implement improvements within the Human Resources department.
